TextMate Compatibility Fix in Snow Leopard

Speaking of TextMate again, if you want to use the arrow keys to navigate to beginning and end of lines (and who doesn't), then you need to install the Snow Leopard compatibility plugin as outlined in this ticket.

Apple Ships 2 Operating Systems, Still no TextMate 2.0

I am going to say it like I feel it: "TextMate is really, really ticking me off".

Four years ago, TextMate was innovative, flashy (as text editors get), and ahead of its time. Today, some of those things still hold true, however, Allan's inability to ship TextMate 2 is really irritating. What happened to the pragmatic programmer?

TextMate is lacking in some very basic areas: Find/Replace in Project, and Undo to name a few things. I've lived with and loved TextMate for years hoping that the next update will fix these issues... Instead, Allan (Odgaard, TextMate's author) has chosen to rewrite TextMate 2 from scratch! Talk about irresponsible. TextMate is the ultimate insult to the consumer. It completely disregards basic needs in favour of a silly pursuit of "perfection".

TextMate 2.0 better be free upgrade, because I, for one, am not willing to pay a cent for it.
